The Ballot opens for the above this Monday, the link is not available at the moment. As soon as it is available I will put it on this thread. We want as many riders to take part next year from the club, it is well worth the travel etc. I co-ordinated the accommadation this year so would be happy to do the same again for next year, I'm sure Paul Darby will give a thumbs up to our preparation skills. We managed with a bit of timing to get rooms for £45.00 each per night at Premiere Inn so was excellent value. We can also organise vehicle sharing so nobody is travelling down alone and of course the cost of fuel can be shared.
So get your entry in ASAP from Monday onwards, the ballet will only allow 80,000 entrants in so don't hang around as word has got around how good the event was this year. A few pointers if they ask the same questions again as this years event.
I suggest you put a finish time of 04hrs15mins as this will get you into the faster groups, thus a faster finish time. If you get dropped you can just pick up the next bunch moving through. We put 5hrs this year and went in wave C and did not get held up much.
Remember to put WFCRC on the form, this gave us entry into the team event this year and it would be nice next year to put at least 2 teams forward.
Work on a budget of £100.00 for overnight stay and entry. That gives you 2 great days in London, all a very slick operation!!!
If you are entering put a note on the forum so we can track who has asked for places.
Good luck everyone, will try and post the link ASAP on Monday, if you see it before post it and lets get this sorted for another great weekend
