A excellent night again at the short Hanley Swan 5.5miler hosted by VC Sevale at Malvern. Conditions were reasonable and everyone was in the pub before the rain came down. PB's for 4 of the Wyre Forest riders in total. In particular a very well done to new member Kelvin Lye who PB'ed by some 45secs faster than last weeks time on the same course, I'm sure it was nothing to do with last year's Skinsuit we sorted you out with Kelvin. Gary Jones also had a extremely strong ride knocking off some valuable seonds off his time last week, told you it was nothing to do with the Boardman mate Anyway well done to everyone, I will be putting the local TT events on the Forum next year so everyone can see and attend if possible. I'm hoping Paul Gibson will co-ordinate the open TT dates so we can have a really good mix of events to attend next year driving us all on Name Cat Time J Pile S 11:47 S Wix VG 12:04 M Amery V 12:12 A Garwood-Gowers SG 12:18 J Walters VG 12:21 G Jones VG 12:29 J Milner V2 12:35 K Bendelow VG 12:35 A Overton SG 12:36 W Davies S 12:40 D Meacham VG 12:41 B Boswell V 12:45 J Aston SG 12:46 E Dursley S 12:48 N Stinton VG 13:09 M Staines V2 13:11 S Barker V 13:20 S Price V 13:20 A Sheppard S 13:32 M Peakman V 14:04 P Harris S 14:09 M Collins V 14:14 J Steel SG 14:15 O Williams J 14:30 A Cogger VG 14:37 K Lye VG 15:38 D Abbatiello VGF 16:02 P Bushby VL 16:20 J McDonagh S 16:37 S Johnson-Myers J 17:00 M Johnson-Myers LVG 17:06

Well done guys; hope you're all going to ride the Boxing Day 10 at Worcester. Signing on is usually 10.15/30am in the Ketch Inn car park, Bath Road, Worcester - which is the A38 going south out of town, situated just before the new river bridge. It is a bit of a social too, you can come in fancy dress, bike kitted out like a Christmas tree too if you want. Afterwards everyone goes back to the Ketch for a drink and chat. I first rode it in 1966, but then it was from the Green Dragon PH on the Guarlford road, Malvern. By the way, we all do a PB on in our first race!

mmmmmmmmmm...........Boxing Day, sounds like fun. I have a very strange habit over christmas of trying to eat my body weight in Roses chocolates every day, I think I managed to put a pound a day on last years record attempt!!! But no fat boy this year, I've told Lucy they are not to enter the house this year so the Boxing Day is on. For a few moments of pleasure there is too much hurt in shifting that little lot. Apologies with regards to Kelvin's times, this week was in fact his 2nd TT on the same course, thus the PB. Those skin suits are good UP the Mighty Wyre Forest!!!

I love Boxing Day TTs. I'm in. Now we have to have a intra-club competition for who can ride wearing something furthest removed from TT de riguer.

I'm thinking of wearing a skin coloured skin suit......or would that make me look like a zeppelin in a condom?

I'm thinking of wearing a skin coloured skin suit......or would that make me look like a zeppelin in a condom? Oh god! Dave, I admire you for being the cornerstone of WFCRC, but that is a step too far! I certainly wouldn't want to line up behind you at the start!
