I have entered the Beacon Little Mountain TT on 27th April. Its a toughie, and I have never done it before, so should be interesting. Lets see if we can have a good turnout from WFCRC, it very local, starting on our regular club TT route at Great Witley. Here is the link to the Beacon CC website, you can enter on-line through here. Beacon Little Mountain TT event info(I am trying to remove as many excuses as possible for not entering!)

Well, I can just about feel my buttocks again now! (something I spend most of my evenings doing). I think I enjoyed crashing in Belgium more than I enjoyed yesterday. Not even sitting on a TT bike for over a year, then thinking I would be fine in the TT position on the Beacon hilly was a fundamental error. After 2 miles I was regretting it, after 39 miles I was ready to throw my TT bike in the hedge. A great turn out from WFCRC and some good times. Pity Justin punctured, I would have liked to see how he did. Here are the results: Beacon LMTT 2014 - Provisional Results.pdf (25.46 KB)

I didn't cycle in today still to sore from yesterday. I think the ride of the day has to go to Andy O. looking at the times Andy put in a total of 2min 10sec on me on the "flats" respect!!!

Hi Andy, I'm not so sure now. If its easy and flat then I have a chance but anything resembling proper roads or distance It obvious I haven't a chance. Bits of me just fall off Ahhh the joys of old age.
