Wyre Forest CRC needs you.................The Interclub events start from tomorrow with Wyre Forest hosting the first event at the Callow End Course, 1900 start. The Interclub will be held over 4 events, the clubs entering the contest are WFCRC, Worcester St.Johns, VCSevale and Evesham Wheelers. The events dates are; KC22/15 Callow Hill - Wed 23rd July 1900 Start K47/16 Castle Morton - Thurs 31st July 1900 Start K39/16 Bredon Hill - Wed 13th Aug 1900 Start K46/10K Kinnersley - Tues 26th Aug 1845 Start
These are all fantastic courses and will give our members are taste of a few different courses, they will be more like a Open Event than our standard club events. We want as many members as possible to attend these events, TT or road bikes. The first 6 riders from each club will earn points from 24 down to 1 depending where they finish. The club with the most points at the end of 4 events will be declared 'Interclub Champions'.
Due to a date mistake with dates the club TT at Pearl Lane will not be held on Aug 13th as we cannot accommodate 2 events on the same evening. However riders who ride Bredon Hill will be treated as normal and Championship points will be awarded for placing in the Bredon Hill event.
Please support these events, this competition has been put in place for our members to compete on quality TT courses together as a team against other local clubs.
Let's show the other clubs what the Wyre Forest CRC can do, good luck all and let the Interclub battle commence.

Well it was a great event on the Castlemorton TT, the results were; Updated results for last night due to time error, we got a extra 2 points breathing space. Results with report from last nights Interclub. I think a lot of our riders did suffer from 2 nights racing on the row, I certainly struggled to push my normal pace. But we are leading still but only just. Last nights results WSJ104, WF91, VCS69, EW26 Current standing: WF 205, WSJ 197, VCS 99 and EW 43. All to play for... Now we really do need everyone and I mean everyone at the Bredon Hill TT which is the 3rd event on Wednesday 13th August for a 1900 start. We will have the advantage here as WSJCC will run there TT on the previous night so will have to do 2 in 2 days as we did this week. Due to a mixup on dates the planned Pearl Lane will not go ahead and Bredon TT will be used for points earns towards the Club Championship. I'm happy to drive or ride around with anyone so they are familiar with the course, no problem. So come on guys, we need you for this once. Get this right and it will be down to holding out on Kinnersley which is WSJCC final event and back hard. This is a fantastic course right up our street, let's show the other clubs the 'fibre of our fabric'

Great turn out last night from the club, I haven't seen the result sheet yet, but we had some good final positions. I was pleased with my ride despite this being my view for 4 miles! Next Interclub TT is at Kinnersley (near Kempsey) on Tuesday 26th August, we need another good turn out for that one!

Well we have them on the ropes now and we need to finish this with a killer blow in the last instalment at Kinnersley. And if you really want to know what WSJCC are thinking then you might want to visit Facebook and check out some of the Chit Chat. This is game on now, we can win this in their back yard
