There will be no club event next Wednesday as it is the Kinnersley Interclub event. We have a very healthy lead but need our riders to turn up on Tuesday evening. You can reserve a number or turn up on he night to sign on, event starts at 1900 with parking on the Start/finish line just up from the Royal Oak, Kinnersley. A challenging and technical course but nothing to worry about really, just give it some 'onions' l.facebook.com/l/-AQGtgknRAQHd5rh4jm8RI5SWO-NGQa9eF7rS09fw8101ZQ/www.wsjcc.co.uk/%23!forum/c1tw8/postKey-hAFHKJeALF4OtpZ6qdQopg

Hi Andy, Justin will correct me if I'm wrong, but he mentioned yesterday that its now on the Severn Stoke course, which starts in practically the same place but is almost flat. If it is the Kinnersley route that is also fairly flat, with one small rise in the middle and a bit of an uphill finish, but its nothing at all like Pearl lane!!

Yes, Paul is correct. WSJ are using the K46/10 Severn Stoke course as their home tt venue for the Interclub. Downhill and then slight rolling to the M50 roundabout and return again liifting gradually once past the Upton upon Severn turnoff over the A38 hump and dives into Severn Stoke. Layby approx 1/2 mile on is finish, a good course. Conditions look good for tomorrow with temperatures increasing, there will be a 8mph SW which is a good return tailwind. Should be some good times recorded tomorrow, just turn up the more the better. As we learnt last year we took the opposition by storm with the numbers that turned up, game on?

Stop Press.............'Calling all WF riders!' This week the club's midweek time trial championship race will be incorporated into the final inter club TT promoted by VC Sevale on Thursday 30th July. The latest information advises that due to road works this race will now be run on the K47/10G course with riders meeting in Chance Lane just before the junction with Guarlford Road, but check VC Sevale's web site for updates. For those not familiar with the area Guarlford Road runs Eastward from Malvern towards Upton upon Severn. WFCRC have a good lead in this competition, but this is not the time to become complacent: the club needs to field as many riders as possible of all abilities. The event is ours to lose. A easy course to follow, rolling with some good sweeping corners. No major climbs, just a bit of everything really. A calm night will give the fastest times as the final leg is SW. Whether you consider yourself fast or slow a strong show of WF riders on a away race always starts the opposition looking over their shoulders
