Hello This years annual dinner will be on 14th November and will be held again at the Gainsborough House Hotel in Kidderminster. I am starting to compile a list of who will be going so if you are interested can you get in touch with me on this thread or private message me. The price of the tickets is the same as last year which is £27.95 per head. The dinner consists of a three course meal followed by coffee/tea and mints. We have 21 members so far who have booked onto the WFCRC annual dinner and prize presentation, if you would like to join them for the evening reply to this thread or send me a message, and I will send you a menu for the evening. For those of you who have booked can you let me know what your choices are from the menu, if you haven't seen the menu yet let me know and I will send you one. Also if you could forward your payment to me that would be great.

Talking to Andy O at the club night at SSC last night and tickets are going fast for the event of the year, the annual WFCRC dinner and prize giving extravaganza.
If you have not already reserved your tickets then don't hang around otherwise you may not get in at all, there are only a limited amount of tickets available.

UPDATE It's only a few weeks left until the annual dinner, we have 31 people going so for, there are spaces for a few more people if anyone else wants to come along. for all those people who haven't forwarded their payment to me, could you send it asap, if it helps I will be at the Stourport Sports Centre tomorrow night. I would also like to confirm if Chris Crump and Jan Birkmyre are still going..... if so can you tell me your menu choices and sort out payment. On the night there will be a montage of pictures of club members, if you have some good pictures can you please send them to me and I will include them. It would be also a great help if anyone can donate some items for the club raffle, anything accepted. Cheers The Bullfighter.  |

I'm so sorry, I really thought I had sent payment and I completely missed the menu. Please can you confirm your address and I will put a cheque in the post today (honest!) and point me in the direction of the menu.

Hi, just a quick update for the meal on Saturday night! If you aim to get there for 7.00pm, the private bar will be open, and the meal will served at 7.30pm. I will look forward to seeing you there.

Great company, food and atmosphere. It was a super night all round.
