The Thursday night British Cycling club clusters of training returns to Stourport cycle circuit on Thursday 6th October. The 1st block of sessions will run from October the 6th for 11 weeks until December 15th. The 2nd block will then start on January 5th and run for a further 8 weeks until February 23rd 2017. The session will run from 7pm till 9pm, riders will need to be signed on and ready to ride for 7pm and all under 18’s will need a rider consent form each week. To take part all riders must be 1st claim members of a Go Ride club and be a member of British Cycling, this includes all Wyre forest riders. Session cost is £3 per session. Free to Wyre forest 1st claim members. These sessions are for riders who race or who are getting ready to race. They will be very physical with some technical content. Riders need to have a good level of ability and stamina as these sessions are hard training. Riders must be 12 years and over. Road bikes with road tyres and NO disc brakes only. These sessions are not for Novice/ Beginner riders. If you are not experienced and comfortable riding in a group at speed in team time trial and chaingang formation, then the Friday night coaching sessions are better suited for you to gain the necessary experience and skills to enable you to attend the Thursday evening sessions!
