Following the huge success of our last club trip, Wyre Forest CRC have organized another fun filled coach trip to Manchester Velodrome to watch the final round of the Revolution Track Racing Series on Saturday January 6th 2018. (So we are planning some way ahead, but some response is needed now!) The cost of the trip is Adults £25.00 and children £10.00. The cost of the travel to and from Manchester is being paid for by the club, so all you pay is the actual ticket fee.
Ticket numbers are limited to 53 on a first come first served basis for members and their families.
We will require payment in full by Wednesday 31st May 2017 in order to secure the block of tickets that have been reserved. This also means that the trip can be paid for and we’ll have something to look forward to in January next year without having to find cash after Christmas! We have got excellent seats allocated along the back straight section, allowing a great view of the whole track. Last year’s event was great fun and a real social event for the whole club, it also adds something to January when nothing much else is going on.
The coach will leave Stourport Sports Club at 2.30pm and will return at about 12.00am (midnight). The doors at Manchester Velodrome open at 6pm with racing starting at 7pm and finishing around 10.15pm.
Completed forms (see below) can be returned by email to Paul Gibson paulthepainter23@msn.com or hard copies passed to Richard Pedersen or Paul Hardiman on a Friday evening at SSC.
Please let me or Paul Gibson know if you have any queries.
Cheers
Paul
