Good ride out today with a bit of everything thrown in. Strava leadout for Mr Darby, Climb up Wych Cut and Ankerdine, fair bit of sprinting and a fast train back to Worcester just under 30mph. Paul did not fancy drag racing today with me, not sure why??? Ankerdine was ok but it is amazing how some folk make it look so hard. A guy came crawling up on his TT bike and i commented how slow he was going Well he had the cheek to throw his cheap sunglasses at me Only trying to give the lad some advise to move his butt up that little bump

It's a shame WFCRC isn't a hot air balloon flying club... The amount of hot air going into this forum is unbelievable!!

Damn your eyes Justin spotting they were fakes - now I'm a single man again its all I can afford Which brings me neatly round to your de-fuzzing dilemma. I remember the first time I did my pins, the missus said lying next to me made her feel like a lesbian ;D (note I am single now!!) Apparently you need a body fat percentage of 15% or less to carry the 'look' off - and an understanding spouse!

Yes David, we do and particularly myself at the minute with these deeply embedded cheap Oakley (whatever) sunglasses, no deeply, deeply embedded in my skull At least being in your skull they won't do any damage and when are you going to do something about those home grown leg warmers .... or have I missed the big event?

I am thinking the unveiling of the bare legs without built in leg warmers should be at the track this Saturday for all to see, at least that way even if there is no sun we will still need sunglasses, and apparently Justin's new pair of sunglasses are also built in to his body. Come to think of it Justin has built in leg warmers, built in glasses and a built in turbo from what I hear, Hmmm me thinks he is the £6,000,000 man, or is that just what he has spent with wiggle this year
