I will be out I think, but I have still got the remnants of my barking dog cough, so I need to steer clear of any freight train at the moment, just to get my legs back.

No, I am still feeling rough, I may head out late for an easy potter but I don't want to over do it as I want to be OK for the TT next Saturday.

There are some of us out at 09:00 from Peopleton. Although there may be a permanent moaning noise... about my painful ass. (See forum post about the 25TT today)

Hi Dave, I didn't see your post until 5 minutes ago, the weather forecast put me onto the turbo today, I did a longer ride over Malvern yesterday.
Did you get out?

Hi Paul, no worries. I did go out like a mad man! Was battered by the rain, head winds, side winds but couldn't find a tail wind anywhere!! That's 4 hours of my life I will never get back!

There are a few of us out tomorrow morning to celebrate Paul Gibson (Gibbos) birthday. Its a major birthday, he's not that far off receiving a telegram from the Queen, don't be deceived though he is a lot younger than he looks. 08:30 from Andy Overtons place in Droitwich, or 09:00 from my place in Peopleton. (Reply here if you want to join us but don't know where to meet up, if you are coming along we can meet at the Crown Pub in Peopleton at 09:00 Crown Pub - Peopleton - Directions We are heading over to Broadway for coffee and cake. Speed won't be crazy, although I am sure there will be a bit of fun with 30 limit signs and pinging about on the climbs, but we'll always regroup.

The Southern Division 'Leg Ripper' will be departing from Peopleton on Sunday morning at 0900. It is a fast rolling Endurance ride, average will be 20-22mph depending on conditions. This generally is a stay or hang on in the line, push up the climbs, recover and push on. If you are full of energy you can of course sit on the front and pull it along. We are normally out for around 3 hours, cafe stop after 2hrs to get some food down you and a caffeine trip.
If you race or TT this is what the doctor ordered. It will ensure that you want to keep going to the fridge on Sunday afternoon.
See you Sunday morning.

Southern Division ride will leave Peopleton at 0900 tomorrow. Approx 3hr ride, there is no let off on this one around 20mph+ av. Sprinting for signs etc, hitting the ramps and themn push on. Yep it's tough but it's meant to be, some epic stress scores are what we are after. Darby is loving these and his results speak for themselves.
Coffee stop after 2hrs then a push for home. If you want to get faster come along and hang on.
